Online Safety and Guidance
Through our curriculum, assemblies and guest speaker events, we educate students in how to use online resources and social media responsibly and safely. This is a safeguarding responsibility that we share with parents and carers. The virtual world changes very rapidly and it is difficult to keep advice current. There are some very helpful websites which may help, such as those of the NSPCC, the UK Safer Internet Centre and Thinkuknow. Below are some factsheets and signposts to sources of advice aimed at students, parents and carers.
