Year 6 Transition


Sometimes we do suffer from illness, and having days off for genuine illness (not a small cold) is fine. However, your attendance should always be above 95%.

What do you need to do if you are anxious about coming in to school:

  • Be resilient and try to come in to school even if you don’t feel great
  • Be aspirational and remember to focus on your goals for the future
  • Let us know if there is an issue that’s making you not want to come to school so that we can help
  • Speak to your tutor or the pastoral team
